Returns & Exchanges
Due to the intimate nature of our products and strict health and safety regulations, Adam4Adam can only accept returns on apparel and unopened, factory-sealed items within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, used or opened sex toys and worn undergarments are strictly non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original, unopened packaging with all tags attached, or check if the product has a documented mechanical defect.
Contact Support
Email our customer care team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the items in a plain, discreet box and clearly write the RMA number on the outside before shipping to our processing center.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
